Teacher Roundtables

STEM Teacher Roundtables are forums to connect industry, government, academic, and non-profit representatives to create awareness of STEM career fields, the job skills required for the 21st century STEM worker, and opportunities for both students and teachers to explore STEM subjects and career paths. Discussion focuses on traditional and non-traditional STEM career pathways, the state of STEM jobs in the region, and how STEM professionals in the community can support educators. Roundtables are conducted after school and run for two hours. Teachers are provided with handouts and other resources to share with their school community. All STEM Teacher Roundtable presentation materials and videos are posted on the TEP Lab Bench in the Roundtable & Workshops Presentations drawer following all events.
Spring 2020 Roundtable Sessions
As a precautionary measure, the Center for Excellence in Education has decided to cancel all remaining sessions of Spring 2020. We will reschedule for the fall and have taken this action out of an abundance of caution for our employees and participants.
